From the early 1960s until the advent of nylon holsters in the mid 1980s, many of us sold a good number of the thin, pliable glove leather holsters manufactured in the United States, like this one, and marketed by J.L. Galef & Sons in New York, a wholesaler-importer. This one is in very good condition, natural grain leather with black dye that only shows about 20 percent edge browning or graying. Construction is two-ply stitched with glove leather lined interior. This holster is period appropriate for any 3 or 4 inch barrel double action revolver from the late 1950s though early 1980s; and it is collectable in its own right. Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges.
