Description: Winchester Model 1897 Riot Shotgun. Barrel Length: 20” marked Cylinder bore. LOP: 14”. Mfg. 1922. This is a Like New 1897 Riot shotgun used by guards in a steel mill in the Pittsburgh area since steel workers were paid in cash in those days. I have purchased a small cache of different firearms, all of which were handled but never fired by the guards. Metal condition – 99%; Stock condition – 99%; Bore condition – Mint.
