Accepted Payment Methods: Returns: 3 Days Description: This ad features the pictured Ansley H. Fox CHE Grade 12 Gauge Shotgun. As you can see this is a nice gun with some period modifications. The buttstock has been extended and now has a length of pull measuring 14 and 1/4. The forend wood does not look original but has been on the gun for a very long time. The engraving is very well done. The 30 inch barrels are choked Full and Full with 2 and 1/2 inch chambers. The barrels have about 90 percent of the original blue with a bit of age showing and genuine Ivory beads. There are nice traces of the original Color Case Hardening. The wood has nice finish but it is not original. The gun has a single trigger. The gun is in very good working order and is nice and tight. A close look at the pictures will show you the details.
