This is an older N prefix serial in very nice, collectible condition. Comes with an original No.28 manual. 4 1/8” bbl is very good with some light loss at muzzle; rubbing to left side of muzzle. Bore is bright and clean with strong rifling. Receiver is very good with some minor signs of handling wear. Cylinder locks up tightly with light drag line. Case hardneded hammer; trigger are in excellent, functioning condition. Original wood S&W grips are very good with wear; a couple small nicks to bottom edge.
