Here is an excellent specimen of the most compact metal frame Sig on the market, the P239 slim-line 8 shot in .40 S&W with extra magazine, original box and warranty card. We traded this pistol from one of San Francisco’s finest who went to an even smaller pistol. It is in Excellent Condition, 90 to 95 percent finishwise by our estimate, but photos should suffice for interested parties to judge finish grade for themselves. It has only three or four tiny white pecks on the lower frame, one behind the hammer and one on the side of the trigger guard; and slight hints of weakness to the forward sharp edges of the slide and upper edges of the rear sights. It is Excellent and Clean throughout, and its factory night sights appear full strength by our inspection, at least 70-80 percent original strength. We don’t like to say which brand is the best pistol; but if we have to say, we usually say Sig. This one weighs in at only 17.7 ounces empty; barrel is 3.6 inches, overall height is 5 ¼ inches, length 6 ¾ inches; and slide thickness of less than 1 inch. Replacement price on this pistol in our area is currently upwards of $800.00. We’re offering this one, however, for only $ 569.95
