May have been made for the S&W .38 cartridge (which is NOT .38 S&W SPECIAL). 5 shot cylinder. Sold only as a RELIC. Locks up when hammer is back and double action functions too, but cylinder turns to the right when hammer is down. Bore is FAIR, might clean up better. This might be a Black powder cartridge gun, so have it checked by a knowledgeable Gunsmith. If you know more than this about it, please share it with me.
