Type is gas operated semi automatic high powered rifle. Construction is steel barrel, receiver, magazine, bolt, and trigger, with anodized alloy trigger housing and polymer action port shield. Barrel is 22 inch 1:10 right hand 6 groove. Sights are screw on two piece serrated ramp front with dovetailed blackened brass blade; and windage and elevation adjustable classic 700 screw on rear sight. All 750 receivers are drilled and tapped for Weaver 61A size scope or optics bases or see through rings. Safety is right hand shooter push button, behind the trigger. Trigger is gunsmith adjustable .225 steel smooth face; the photo specimen pulled two stage at 5 7/8 pounds with moderate felt creep and overtravel. Magazine is factory 4 round steel, so 4 + 1 round fully loaded capacity. Stock and forend are American Walnut with machine cut checkering and Monte Carlo cheek piece butt. Drop is 1 1/4 x 2 1/4 with a 3/4 inch right hand cant. Length of pull is 13 1/8 inches from the trigger face to the end of the 1 inch Decelerator type factory recoil pad. Forend bolt is factory issue Michaels swivel cap type, with matching buttstock stud that accepts QD Sling Swivels. Weight empty no scope is 7 pounds 5 ounces, with center of gravity at the breech face. Metal finish is blued steel throughout, with matching black trigger assembly. Walnut finish is non glare Satin. Each 750 comes in its brown factory box with gun lock, protective papers, chamber cleaning brush, owner’s manual, and factory registration card.
