This is a Winchester Model 64 made in 1939, .219 zipper caliber, with factory bolt peep sight. Sometime along the way, it had been drilled for a scope, but it has since been customized and professionally refinished. A Winchester folding leaf rear sight has been added, the barrel has been shortened to 23.5" from the original 26", non-factory sling swivels have been added, scope mount holes have been filled and the metal reblued. The stocks have been varnished with high gloss. The bore and mechanics are perfect. A small chip at the upper tang where the stock meets the receiver on the right side has been repaired. We take VISA or MasterCard for an additional 2% fee.
