The barrel retains 99% dark blue finish with a tiny speck of surface oxidation on the magazine tube at the muzzle. The frame is embellished with the name "Buffalo Bill' in script on the left side with some simplistic scroll on the right side and exhibits 99% plus blue as well as on the lever. The remainder of the metal surfaces are gold colored with the forend metal and saddle ring appearing to be brass. The stock and forend rate excellent as new with the exception of some flaking finish around the buttplate. There is a gold colored medallion inletted into the right side of the stock which has a bust of Cody surrounded by his full name, rank, and the dates of 1. The gun is equipped with a dovetailed blade front sight, an adjustable open rear sight, and it has a gold colored buttplate that is showing some tarnish and light surface oxidation. Included is the original box with slightly tattered sleeve containing a hanging tag, certificate of authorization, warranty card, and owner's instructions.
