Photos show the only four High Capacity, Law Enforcement Restricted marked, Smith & Wesson factory magazines for the SW40 Sigma Series polymer pistols we were able to procure from a recent liquidation. All of these are brand new in their original factory two-clip bulk bags, the same ones they left Springfield, Massachusetts in earlier in the present decade before the last Federal Ban expired. They have never been unwrapped or handled, much less inserted into an SW40 or fired. These are not legal for civilian possession in California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, or New York, but they are legal in the remaining 46 states for the time being. Construction is stainless steel bodies, orange followers, and black polymer butt plates, all of them made by Smith & Wesson. Please note that they have the newer type, thicker floor plates with extended fronts, and may not fit older SW40 pistols made in the 1990s. We will repackage every other one in identical block bags just so we can keep up with them. Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
