Description:
Smith Corona Model 1903-A3, manufactured March 1943, serial number 3644xxx. No import marks. This rifle is in very good used condition. This rifle has mixed parts, including a NOS Remington 2-44 barrel, in new condition, see notes below.
Most metal parts have a parkerized finish, in good to excellent condition. No parts appear to have been polished or sandblasted - lettering such as “U.S. SMITH-CORONA” on the receiver is as sharp as new.
The rifle has been disassembled, examined, cleaned, lubricated and test fired. It performed nicely at 50 yards. See a video on our website fernwoodarmory dot com.
