Here is an attractive set of early Safariland composite Combat style grips to fit any K or L frame revolver with a square butt grip frame. If the shopper is not clear on the difference between round and square, please see the attached photo. K and L frame designation, of course, includes models 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 64, 65, 66, 67, 581, 586, 681, and 686. Since we do not know of any Air Lite revolvers with square butt, those 386 and similar variants are out of the picture here, these won’t work for them. Construction is brown high impact polymer, with Brass finished Safariland logo on the right panel and speedloader cut on the left panel. These grips, from their parent revolvers, left Monrovia, California some time in the late 1970s or early 1980s. Surface detractions are principally moderate amounts of scouring on the high points and weakening to the checkering pattern on the panel sides. We rate them as Good, 70 percent vicinity; but photos ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. Replacement pricing on their nearest currently available similar grips from the factory is upwards of $50 per set, if a person can even find any.
