This used French Military 1935A pistol fires the 7.65mm(french long) round. It has a 4.3" barrel with an overall matte black finish. This pistol was selected in 1937 by a design from the Societe Alsacienne de Constructions Mecaniques (SACM). It was the official sidearm of the French military until 1950. It was essentially a redesigned Colt 1911 with a detachable firing unit consisting of a hammer, sear, and mainspring, almost certainly copied from the Russian Tokarev pistol. It had a limited production at the SACM factory. This gun does not require any tools for field stripping. It comes with one 8 round magazine, but no box or paperwork.
