It has a narrow breech block action, that’s hinged at right similar to the Snyder. It shoots a 40 - 50 Sharps Necked caliber. It’s barrel is 27 5/8” long, and the bore is in excellent condition. It has an octagon barrel that measures 1.06 at the breech and 0.91 at the muzzle. It’s front sight is a Dovetail Beach, the rear is a Dovetail V-Notch with ladder type flip up long range sight. The has a STD smooth trigger and a high Spurr hammer. The receiver / frame is case hardened mottled. The forend is walnut with a steel nose cap. It has a LOP of 13 ¾”, straight walnut stock, crescent butt. There are cracks emulating from both the top and bottom tangs but the stock is sound. Overall the gun has been redone, including the butt plate, barrel and wood. But it was done professionally. The gun is in excellent functional condition. No FFL Required. Thank You For Bidding!
