From the final year of production of the old model Ruger Single Actions comes this .30 Carbine Blackhawk, Blue 6 1/2 inch barrel with adjustable sights. Serial number range is 50-22000, and this variant was only manufactured from 1968 until 1973. This specimen comes to us from one of our Tennessippi, as we call it, Fertilizer Scientists, a meticulous chemical engineer who maintained his firearms very, very well. Its only surface detractions are minimal, faint contact whitening on the muzzle edges, the forward edge of the alloy ejector rod housing, and the butt edge of the alloy grip frame. The unblued brushed-steel sides of the hammer exhibit dark toning, and that is usually the case with Rugers and Colts of similar finish. Right grip panel has minor scouring on its butt edges, and the grips are somewhat dulled from age. We rate this .30 Blackhawk as Excellent, since no more than 10 percent of its finish is affected by wear in our estimate. Photos, at any rate, ought to suffice for prospective owners to judge finish grade for themselves. We were not able to get the original two piece box, but we do have its home for the past 40 years, a period correct Brauer black leather holster constructed on the classic western style with body retaining straps and even with its original tie-downs. If anyone does not want the holster, we will gladly keep it and pay the buyer’s freight. This Blackhawk is excellent mechanically. Bore, cylinder chambers, and mechanism are all bright, clean, and excellent. Blast effect to the under side of the frame top strap directly above the barrel’s forcing cone is minimal, only an etchy streak with no depth that traverses a bit over half of the width of the top strap. That fact, combined with the absence of any significant carbon residue on the cylinder face, makes us estimate that this Blackhawk has been fired fewer than 100 rounds, possibly fewer than 50. We’re offering this attractive, collectable .30 Carbine Caliber Old Model Blackhawk, one of the last ones made, for only $ 519.95. Not transferable to civilians in Massachusetts.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
