That restriction is currently moot except in some states, notably California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, and New York. This one is in excellent condition with negligible insertion and ejection contact indications. It holds 13 rounds of .40 S&W ammo. Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges.
