It had a Varmint Weight barrel but the barrel was turned down by a well known gunsmith in Colorado [Garrett Acculite] to a F.W. contour and a Kevlar F.W. stock added. The action has been trued and blueprinted too. It will shoot WELL under MOA with the 100 gr Hornady and I never went any further with higher weight bullets. It is a pleasure to carry with the Garrett Acculite stock. I am just too old to hunt like I used to and am damned if the gun will be sold to fund some idiots habit so out it goes. The last animal shot was a 5X6 Elk at about 230 yds and the bull never heard the shot that killed him. I did shoot a nice prong-horn in Montana that was a LONG ways away too but never bothered to measure the distance but know it was a long hike out to get him. This rifle is a joy to carry and has a trigger like glass. Rifle has a couple hundred rounds through it but not much more. Buyer pays 25.00 to his FFL conus.
