Blue anodized hand guard with bottom rail. JP upper and lower receiver with JP fire control trigger, gas system, and Low Mass operating system (bolt and carrier). After market grip. JP butt stock with internal removable 4 Lb lead weight. Rifle weighs 10.5 lbs plus has a removable 4.0 lb lead weight/wedge in the butt stock to perfectly balance the rifle. 14.5 lbs is heavy but it doesn't feel heavy due to perfect balance. I bought the upper assembly in the late 90's but never fired the rifle until a couple years ago. I bought the lower assembly within the last two years. Rifle is in excellant condition. I used the rifle one year to fire in 3 matches plus practice. I would estimate the rifle has 500 to 750 rounds through it. Extremely accurate and loves Sierra 69gr Match King bullets. It would also make an excellant Pairie dog rifle as long as you don't have to tote it around all day. No magzine included.
