This US Springfield M1 Rifle has a number of WWII parts. By either serial number, or drawing lot number, I have identified the following parts as being WWII production, correct for this rifle: bbl. dated 3-45 matching SN 3600XXX.Trigger group. Op Rod. Gas cylinder lock. Front sight. Scant cartouche, appears to be Col. Norman Ramsey. "P" in the circle proof mark. Muzzle gauges #0+ and throat gauges #1+ after checking with gauge. Bore, mirror bright and sharp. OP Rod spring is sound and strong. Minor storage dings in stock, most of which will steam out. Metal finish inside and out is very good. No import marks. No after market pars. Came out of the US Armory. More photos and details upon request.
