The serial numbers all match at 37293 dating this to 1868. No it did not see CW action but these are still cool. I would say this is rated antique fair condition, as it looks to be 30% or so on the metal. Grips are good, probably varnished at one point. It is very tight, everything works as it should, and it would fire. Indexes and locks up like it should. It is a little more desireable with the 5.5 inch barrel.
