They are made for the 4003, 4006, 4043, 4046, and similar double stacked Metal Frame Smith & Wesson Pistols. These are recent production, probably late 2005, with blue followers. Replacement price on these is upwards of $50 apiece in our area, if a person can even find one. All are in Excellent Condition, factory Smith & Wesson.
