It is complete, all original, and in fine working order with all the correct proofs and U.S. inspection marks. The bore is bright with only the finest frosting. The grips are exceptional, with all original finish, inspection marks and cartouches. This is a true collector Colt of the Custer era. A letter of authentication from John Kopec is included as well as one from the Colt Archives, in transit.
