Photos show a specimen of Smith & Wesson's Military & Police Pocket Rocket, the MP 40 Compact variant with a total of two 10 round magazines, without magazine safety. Specs are as follows. Weight empty, no magazine, is 21.7 oz; weight fully loaded will be a bit over 30 ounces. Overall length is 6.7 inches from the muzzle to the grip frame strut; 4 1/4 inch height with a flat plate magazine and 4 3/4 inch height with finger rest magazine. Barrel length is 3 1/2 inches with a 5 3/4 inch sight radius. This pistol, like all M&Ps, is full time double action, striker fire action, with a very consistent 6.5 pound trigger pull that only travels .300 inches from rest to fire and resets in only .14 inches. Frame is Zytel Polymer, and barrel and slide are Black Melonite finished stainless. The frame, as the photos show, incorporates a Picatinny Weaver type rail for light and laser mounting. This variant, 109003, does not have an internal lock or a magazine safety. It can fire, then, with only a single round in the chamber even if there is no magazine in battery. It has a firing pin safety and ambidextrous lever safety, as the photos show. The M&P series takes all comers for ease of handling, positive feel, and reliability and consistency under the most adverse field and combat situations. M&P series has a fully ambidextrous magazine release setup; it is as easy to switch sides on it as a Beretta 92. Magazine capacity is 10 rounds of .40 Smith & Wesson caliber ammunition, and this pistol comes with a total of 2 magazines: 1 finger rest and one flat plate as the photos show. This M&P 40 Compact comes to us from its exclusive civilian local West Tennessee owner. Surface detractions are negligible, only very faint edge whitening to the rear sight and slide contact to the barrel surface. Neither of those is any more pronounced than brand new MP40s we’ve sold recently. We rate it Near Mint in Box; but photos ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. It is certainly excellent mechanically; Bore, chamber, and mechanism are all bright and clean. From its condition and our knowledge of its exclusive owner, we estimate it has been fired fewer than 50 times. Fired brass case is dated from March of 2013. It comes in its original box with its cable lock, instruction manual, fired brass envelope, never executed factory registration card, both magazines, and replacement back strap pieces that allow the grip frame circumference to be easily adjusted. This variant commands retail prices in our area of $600 or more. We're offering the exact pistol in the photos, however, for only $ 389.00. Not transferable to civilian residents of California, the District of Colombia, or Massachusetts.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
