HG5693 When Bersas began showing up in our area in the 1980s, we assumed they were quality pistols. We already had plenty of positive experience with Brazilian firearms, and we knew Argentina couldn't be far off. Besides, at that time, all Taurus had done by way of .380 handguns was the model 58, which was on a 9mm frame, a PT-58, which we interpreted as Pretty __ Thick. While the Taurus was a 92 frame, this Bersa is a Walther PPK take-off. Its maximum slide thickness is .865, and the frame thickness is only .631. With its hard rubber grips, this Bersa reaches a maximum thickness of only 1.03 inches at the widest point of the grips. Maximum height, including the flat floorplate, with a maximum overall length of 6 inches. Weight empty is only 17 7/8 ounces. Frame is hard chromed alloy, and slide and parts are satin chrome steel. Barrel is 3 1/4 inches, and capacity is 7 + 1 rounds. One area where Bersa outshines everybody else is safety. This Bersa has a firing pin block safety, a manual safety / decocker, and even a magazine safety. It is equipped with an internal lock, but sadly we do not have its keys. They are available, we presume, from Eagle Imports, 1750 Brielle Ave. Unit B-1, Wanamassa, NJ 07712. This Bersa has its original fired brass, dated from August of 2008. It is in its original box with all its papers, and comes with its original finger rest magazine. One magazine total, but we have Bersa magazine available for sale, same price range as Taurus mags. This pistol is excellent throughout, with only faint contact indications on its sharp edges. We rate it as Excellent, since we estimate that 95 percent of its original finish is intact. Photos, however, should suffice for prospective owners to judge finish grade for themselves. Replacement pricing on these in our area is upwards of $400 apiece, and they are still scarce. We're offering this fine Bersa, however, in its original box, for only $ 269.95.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
