The sights are fixed and like the p-35 there is a removable magazine disconector. The metal finish is flat black and the grip panels are black plastic. The slide has a serreted rib running from the rear of the slide that stops just befor the foresight. The thumb saftey is in the same place as usual on this model and functions smoothly. The condiction of the finish shows minor service wear that would be seen as 94-95% Condition. The pistol functions well with hollowpoint ammunition.
