It is marked DEUTSCHE WERKE, then logo, then WERK ERFURT on left side of barrel slide. Right side of slide is marked ORTGIES' PATENT. Underside of frame just below serial number is "Germany." Serial number range is 174xxx. I comes with a matching Deutsche Werke stainless steel??? magazine. I know very little about this pistol's history as I took it in on trade. Condition, except for bluing, is actually pretty good. There is very little bluing left on the gun but the bore is shiny and the pistol functions mechanically.
