It has some minor cosmetic marks near the muzzle and on the corners behind the rear sight. I am offering with 2 – 15 round mags and 2 – 10 round mags. 4 mags total. The pistol has Trijicon 3 dot night sights installed, and they still glow. It also has a Wolff stainless steel guide rod and Wolff recoil spring, which I found improved accuracy. In the event that is not desirable, I am also including the original captured recoil spring/guide rod. This gun has resided in my safe for years while being shot little. I am in the process of consolidating calibers and since this is my only .40 S&W, I have no need for it, or interest in keeping. As I am not an FFL holder, the cost to legally ship this weapon across state lines is ridiculously prohibitive. Therefore I am offering this pistol for sale in a face-to-face transaction only with an Indiana resident who can legally own such a weapon. I live in Lake County, Indiana, and if you are interested would be willing to meet in a public location of our mutual agreement.
