The finish is original. Excellent condition. This also comes with a matching number wooden shoulder stock. The stock has had some repair work done to it. It also has "CK" carved lightly in the lid. Looks to have been done a long time ago. The gun was purchased in the mid 1980s from a gunshop in Savannah, Georgia, and has been in my family's collection in Florida ever since.
