12 Gauge. Needs replacement barrel. Will include the current one as pictured. It is currently listed at the lowest price I can take, I won't be going any lower. I bought it at an estate auction a couple years ago and put it away in the safe. Hadn't taken it out since so thought I would sell it. I have a gunsmith check anything over before I sell it and was surprised to learn that he said there is a small crack in the bore starting to develop, and that it isn't safe to shoot anymore. Can't be seen by naked eye but he has a magnifying scope. I bought it because it had a recent freshening up with new bluing. I believe the woodwork and butt-pad are re-work as well. Refinishing is well done. There is only one handling mark area that is big enough to see without a magnifying glass, and it is very shallow and only a quarter inch long, and includes some light scratches. No cracks in the wood. The gun is aesthetically beautiful, that's why I bought it. Serial # is 58634. I can provide lots of high-res photos to a SERIOUS buyer. It may have some replacement internal parts because the action is a little stiff and tight, but it seems to function well. Corson's Barrels currently has a couple replacement barrels. I've priced it accordingly, since it is in need of at least a barrel, I'm representing it as a parts gun only. I'm not providing any warranty or return, it's sold as is.
