This is a complete Canadian Officer's World War One,Combat Rig. The Sam Browne belt is in excellent condition and is marked, "J.E. Lortie Co. Ltd. Montreal" and the number "32"(probably size). The Smith and Wesson, 2nd Model Hand Ejector, MkII, is in real nice condition with most of the original, bright, shiny blue. The checkered Walnut grips are very good with no cracks or chips. The backstrap is stamped with the following, "10 C.M.G.B." which stands for the 10th Canadian Machine Gun Battalion. The cylinder has not been shaved for the .45 acp round. It will chamber the original .455 Webley cartridge and the .45 Long Colt. The butt of the revolver is stamped with a crown over the number, "30". All numbers match. The holster is in fine condition and the top flap appears to be heavily blood stained. However, this does not interfere with the condition of the holster, if anything, it adds a lot of character. It is rare to find a complete combat outfit like this. Please send email address for additional photos.
