This is a New-in-the-Box, mint, New Frontier "The Duke" Peacemaker in .22 Long Rifle. It is a GS series with cross block safety - produced as a special edition in 1983 (serial number G212xxx), and comprised of only 4,899 guns, honoring John Wayne. This edition featured a special front sight which was an over sized blade, rather than the typical New Frontier ramp and blade. It also featured a number of nickle small parts, including hammer and trigger. This is an exceptional piece for the collector of Colt .22's, made 27 years ago, and not showing it's age! We can take VISA or MasterCard for an additional 2% fee.
