Cross bolt safety. Receiver grooved for scope. Includes a Simmons 3x9 x32 scope with Weaver see - thru rings in excellent condition with clear lens. Black Ruger carry strap. 10 Round rotary magazine. Bore is clean and bright. Stainless steel barrel and receiver are in excellent condition. Stock and forend are in excellent condition with virtually no handling marks. New soft sleeve included.  Overall condition of this rifle is excellent, appears to have had little use. Great all weather rifle . Extremely rare . Manufactured from 1994 to 2003 .
