Many of us grew up with great respect for Mossberg’s 800 series of high-powered rifles they built in the 1960s and 1970s. Now Mossberg is back, better than ever, with their ATR, All Terrain Rifle, in a 4 + 1 capacity ADL synthetic stock with internal box magazine. This .270 ATR comes in Mossberg’s patented MarineCote metal finish, where the factory offers the same protection against weather and even saltwater that has served our Gulf Coast law enforcement agencies so well. Barrel length is standard 22 inches, 1:10 rifling, medium tapered barrel. Each rifle comes outfitted with #16 Weaver front base and #62 rear base in nickel finish. Bolt is chrome bodied, matte blue faced with alloy firing pin cowl. Safety is right rear serrated lever, and the bolt will operate just fine on safe, so the operator can unload with the safety on. Triggers are preset at the factory in the 4 1/2 to 5 pound range, and we detect no creep or overtravel on the specimens we’ve handled. Barrel channel will admit a piece of paper all the way down to the action; so if the barrel isn’t free-floating, it’s mightly close to it. Barrel to receiver fitting is similar to the method used by Savage so successfully on their 110 competitors, and the Mossberg Gunsmiths in New Haven, where these were made, have set them up right. Weight empty is 7 pounds, balanced under the main stock bolt. Mossberg product code is 26320. Photos show one of only a half dozen specimens we were able to get on a factory liquidation. These are what we call factory demos, and they have been in Mossberg Corporate Custody until we got them. Surface detractions are negligible, no more than many new rifles sitting on dealer’s shelves. These fine rifles come in factory boxes with instruction manuals and Mossberg locks, and they have a six month factory warranty. Normal replacement pricing on these rifles is over $400 in our area; and similar outfitted rifles like the Remington 700 Stainless and Ruger Hawkeye Stainless run much more than that. We’re offering these fine rifles, however, each for only $ 259.95.

Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges. Don't try, either, to circumvent any law; for example, a California civilian may not buy a high capacity magazine and have it shipped to his brother-in-law in Nevada. That is a felony.
GA Pay buyers are NOT charged until we confirm we have the item and are ready to ship it. The same thing is true for phone-in, fax-in, and mail-in payments. In this respect, and in several others, Guns America outshines all its competitors. This is the best firearms website there is, hands down.
