For any of you who have seen my years of Slidefire stock reviews, to me there is nothing cooler than a garden hose of brass coming out of the side of the gun. I’ve never even owned a Class 3 weapon. I just love slide stocks. But I have to say, I’ve had my challenges with getting magazines to run right that hold more than the standard 30 rounds. I’ve had real Beta C mags. I’ve had Korean Beta style mags. My one SureFire 60 rounder works great, but others of the breed have had some bad reviews out there. Enter the Armatac 150 round double drum mag. I’ve seen it around. It’s expensive. But supposedly it runs, with no graphite required. Hopefully we’ll see one in for a review soon.

Another possibility is to tune this thing for 458 SOCOM.
Single stack tower, follower, spring system. etc.
If you could squeeze say 25 rounds into each drum that would give 50 rounds of 458.
Perhaps much better than juggling five 10 round mags.
A conversion kit would be nice but the internals might be dedicated to 5.56.

Are you stuck in the 1960’s? What’s with the antique mic and big ass cord? Between your arm, mic, and the cord, on every one of your Shot Show videos, you can’t even see the products you’re pimping. At least travel into the 1990’s and get a few tiny cordless lapel mics.

I have one. GREAT unit! Big as hell, almost twice the size of the 100 round beta mag, but it has worked flawlessly except for ammo hick ups (I shoot handloads) on a couple of occasions. I just don’t like the Phillips head assembly screws and wish they would sell the upgrade Allen head ones for a reasonable price. $32 plus shipping is not reasonable. And after all it was there fault that they used the Phillips in the first place. Nine out of 10 because of the phillips screws.

I’ve had good luck at Ace Hardware. Take that screw out and go to Ace and see if you can match it up. Good luck

So the magazine costs almost as much as the rifle that uses it, great idea. I just bought a CZ75 for less than the cost of this magazine.
