Last month, during a House Judiciary Committee hearing, Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) asked Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) what he uses semi-automatic firearms for.
Rep. Roy’s answer is worth listening to.
However, it’s hard not to comment on what a dumb question that is. Anyone even remotely familiar with guns should know the answer, which underscores just how ignorant certain Left-leaning politicians are when it comes to firearms and their many uses.
Rep. Nadler is anti-gun, naturally. One gets the sense that he asked the question not just from a place of ignorance but one of contempt as well. Nadler, presumably, doesn’t believe that law-abiding citizens should possess semiautomatic firearms in the first place.
As edward “prince teddy” lennedy was so famously quoted, “nobody should have guns except the army, the police, and my bodyguards, and im not so sure about the police”
To defeat tyranny and shoot democrats.
That is exactly why the framers gave us the 2nd amendment. To resist tyranny from without OR within. But tyrants like Nadler can’t accept that. He should just shut his pathetic piehole and go back to quietly filling his fat-assed pants while passing gas.
My answer: NoneYa!
To answer Nadler’s question, yes, we would fire upon U.S. Troops if they were unconstitutionally attacking us for tyrannical reasons. That was the whole purpose of having a 2nd Amendment.

In the old days, tyrants didn’t call themselves “Democrats,” but semantics change with the times.
Rep. Roy should have asked Rep. Nadler if he knew what a semi-auto weapon was, if he knew how it operates. Just wondering if Rep. Nadler thinks they are semi-auto is what the military uses? A statement he made indicated that he thinks they are military weapons.
Why do you need a car with automatic transmission, Nadler.
The bigger question should be why would we need politicians like himself in positions of power. His lunacy is by far more dangerous to this country than any firearm.
