Big news from Wyoming! Gov. Mark Gordon just gave the thumbs-up to a new law safeguarding gun buyers’ privacy. This move, backed by the NSSF, puts a stop to certain credit card tracking when folks buy guns or ammo.

Say goodbye to credit card snooping! The new law blocks the use of specific codes — Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) — that used to track firearm purchases. It also slams the door on any attempts to create gun registries from these purchases.

Lawrence G. Keane from NSSF is all smiles. He’s thanking Governor Gordon for stepping up against “woke” Wall Street tactics. This law ensures that buying guns and ammo stays a private affair, free from nosy financial institutions or government lists.

NSSF and Wyoming lawmakers teamed up to keep gun buys private and politics-free. This law is a shield against misuse of financial data for political gains or unlawful government searches.

Remember the Jan. 6, 2020, controversy? The U.S. Treasury’s FinCEN got caught red-handed, tracking gun purchases without warrants. This new law says ‘no way’ to such illegal snooping.

But where did this idea of tracking gun buys even come from?

Look no further than New York Times‘ columnist Andrew Ross Sorkin and Amalgamated Bank. These anti-gun voices pushed for special codes to track gun sales. NSSF is calling for a congressional probe into this.

Sorkin even hinted this could lead to a national gun registry. That’s a no-no under federal law.

Wyoming now joins nine other states in shielding Second Amendment privacy. And on the national scene, U.S. Rep. Elise Stefanik is pushing a similar bill in Congress.

Meanwhile, California’s Gov. Gavin Newsom took the opposite route, requiring those special tracking codes. Colorado might follow suit. The battle for gun privacy is heating up!

CASH! Who in their right mind would buy guns or ammo with a tracking history (credit card) involved? Are you all brain dead? CASH still works. What are you all thinking? A small amount of thought and reading would inform you of the “surveillance state” and anti gun agenda this administration and others have been pursuing. Think!

Well for 1, none of the places I order ammo from will accept cash.
